Good or Bad? Let me explain

The staff was nice and the bed comfortable. The extra soaps and hot water were a welcome touch.

Loud surroundings made sleep challenging. The parking situation is cramped and triple parking was an issue.

Clean hotel with a favourable location and absolutely friendly and very friendly staff. Location just next door to the restaurants, department stores, and mexico and the main window. Also, down the hill.

I appreciated the clean room and comfortable bed, especially after a long travel day. The staff's readiness to provide extra blankets made my stay much cozier.

Requested ground floor but given third.

Request the ground floor room upon booking, especially if you have health concerns. The hotel may have hidden availability.

I had a nice stay with clean rooms, abundant hot water, and comfy beds. Just wish there was air conditioning, as it got pretty warm. I'd stay here again!

I could hear some noise from outside, but that's typical for Tijuana. The only downside was that they use a strong cleaning chemical smell that was a bit overwhelming. It was cozy and nice for a night stay.

Conveniently located near restaurants, stores, downtown, and taxis - super easy to get around. 🚕 Everyone on the staff was friendly and ready to lend a hand.
